Online purchases are limited to the Philippines only. Upon purchase OrganicaNutraceuticals, Inc. will deliver the purchased product free of charge to yourself or your recipient. Purchase fulfilment will be carried out by a first class door to door courier service.
Purchase will be delivered within three (3) days upon receipt of purchaser of Order Confirmation email. Order Confirmation Email will contain the following information:
- Online Order Number
- Delivery Details
- Lot No. and Expiration Date of product to be delivered.
Fulfilment will be carried out upon agreement to the following Terms and Conditions:
Purchase Fulfilment
- The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided is truthful and correct.
- Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
- OrganicaNutraceuticals, Inc. has the option to contact the customer, if any clarifications are needed for the shipping details inputted by the purchaser, but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
- If a delivery is late, OrganicaNutraceuticals, Inc., will have the option to give promotional discount but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
- If the product is not delivered OrganicaNutraceuticals will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
Returns
For returns, please contact (02) 559-1405. Make sure that you have the Online Order Number (found in order confirmation email) to facilitate the return.
- We only accept returns for sealed, unopened products.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
- Expired products will not be accepted.
